All this is coupled with excellent customer service. Together's ability to quickly respond to our inquiries and troubleshoot issues really made our experience to date seamless and trouble-free.
The platform does not work well with zoom and if it does, we haven't been able to figure it out so maybe not the most user-friendly.
After a couple demos from various vendors we realized that Together offered the best platform for cost and by far had an amazing and responsive team behind them.
When it conect with microsoft teams some time it will get confuse time for meeting.
There was also a great amount of opportunity for customization throughout the process from creating the initial program, setting up the algorithm, email communications and pairing.
Didn't have lots of mentors to select from, but that could've been affected by participation.

We switched from MentoCore to Qooper this year and we have already seen a great difference. We love the engagement between mentors and mentees and customer service is top notch.
If I had to name one thing, it would be the inability to have video chats within the software.
We are very pleased with the software and the company. The support is topnotch, and they are very accessible.
Buttons scattered all over. Sometimes, it is hard to find the buttons when searching.
With Qooper, it became super easy for associates to display the project they're working on, the support they need and to be able to find more experience associates to help them.

Customer support has been outstanding. Tracking and ease of mentor management is fantastic.
The only con I have experienced is that there is no spell check on the program administrator side. No one wants to send out mass emails with spelling mistakes or typos.
The MentorcliQ team shared their expertise and recommended best practices which made our configuration decisions so super easy. We are excited to launch our new mentoring program very soon.
I have not experienced anything that I will say I dislike about MentorCliq.
The excellent partnership with our MentorcliQ support team makes the difference when providing excellent service to our mentoring enterprise programs.
The inability to attach documents to scheduled mentor and mentee emails causes extra work.
In addition, our success coach is a great partner to our company and provides valuable advice and guidance from his years of experience with mentoring and passion for the subject area.
At this time, I do not have anything I don't like with MentorcliQ.
The MentorcliQ team is a pleasure to work with - very helpful and responsive.

Logging in is a little weird, sending the login link to our email. I would rather have a username and password.
10KC successfully eliminates the barriers to excellent networking and mentorship experience. 10KC also includes several other added benefits - such as office hours, scheduling meetings, etc.
It integrates with Outlook very well, but having to toggle between the two to get something done was odd.
Great matches, easy to use, awesome conversation starters all delivered through email.
This means that sometimes our communications are limited to where they are in their career, rather than what they're looking for.
I have met the most amazing people, the app helps me to remember to meet and it is easy to use.
It is very customizable in terms of how you can match employees and was able to easily handle our many customizations. The customer service was also excellent and they provided great insights to us.

I love the interface with the ability to scroll through potential mentors - seeing their pictures and the bios are super helpful.
Sometimes there were bugs with the scheduling part of the app, where it was hard to edit or cancel an appointment (and so we had to use alternative methods to arrange things).
Another great feature was the onboarding. Teaching us how to be the best mentee and mentor for the most successful relationship.
Limited face-to-face interaction as it's a global programme.

Is amazing to see how the people are using the kudos feature in mirro to thank their colleagues for different interactions.
Sometimes you can feel lost in all the sections.
The news feed where we have the activity news, kudos and feedback is amazing and keep people connected in a positive vibe. I feel very useful about the okrs feature and the performance tool feature.
Also, in my leave requests sometimes is hard to understand how many days I have left ( the days related to the months worked in the year could be a smaller information, not the first I see there).
I love the Kudos feature. It really helps create a more cohesive team spirit when working remote.

The ease of the setup and the ease of signing up to use the platform. We have received positive feedback from our constituents on how easy it was to sign up for the network.
Most alumni lose touch with their institute after a few years due to lack of platform where all the updates about college can be viewed.
We love the product and the Almabase team has been there every step of the way to help us get the most from the product. I would definitely recommend this software to other schools.
Sometimes I can forget how to do things, but that's more of a personal issue.
Product itself is super easy to use and the customer service is top-notch. Map feature is impressive and we have received great feedback from our alumni since launching recently.
This software does not "talk to" Senior Systems, so it does make it difficult when information is updated on one platform.
The platform has been helpful in connecting with alumni, and the customer service team is helpful and responsive.
A little difficult to get the product to flex when segmenting lists without holding the admin role. Not too custom of a product.
The ability to bring alumni together on a platform has been ideal and allows for an "exclusive" benefit for our membership.
The price of Almabase is very fair for the functionality you receive in return for your alumni platform. It has some great syncing options.
They reply so quickly to every inquiry and often adapt to meet the needs of their customers. They are truly focused to making their customers happy.
The Almabase team provides excellent Customer Support. The platform is pretty user friendly, and the team is there every step of the way to answer questions and solve problems.
For a small shop like ours, a product that could do it all for online alumni engagement and giving and at an affordable price was critical and Almabase provided that.
Overall, I enjoy this platform. It allows us the opportunity to engage alumni inside of the area and in states and regions outside of the DC Metro area.
It is also extremely easy to integrate to our database at the school, which was super valuable.

Many searches come up empty which is frustrating because I know they should at least be in the system even if the alum has not joined Westmont Connect.
The digest feature is one of the best tools on the platform and really promotes interaction and user engagement. We are very pleased with the product.

What was most helpful was the unbiased "matching" of sponsors with their protégés. Also, it is very helpful to utilize the tracking of the "matches," their goals and the automated surveys.
I have had incidents where mentor or mentees have had trouble with their user name and passwords.
I appreciate the features such as customizable profiles, mentoring connection plan, survey and reporting capability. I love the user interface and it is very easy to navigate.
Users can struggle to remember how to access software.
The customer service has been fantastic. They understand the needs of my program very well, and have always been able to come up with solutions to assist me in managing the program.

Lots of technical difficulties - audio and video did not work properly either time.

The problem is I have to translate the activities from English to Spanish. The automatic translation isn't accurate nor familiar for the client.
SENSITIVE CONTENT] was super helpful and accessible to answer questions that I had and step me through the process to be more effective in my utilization of Quenza.
This doesn't really matter since there is no way around this problem. Quenza's competitors are also new companies or older companies that are offering new services.
I've needed to email [SENSITIVE CONTENT] several times for tech support help. He's been a great help to me in responding to my questions quickly and with care.
One limitation of Quenza is the absence of built-in software for video sessions with clients.

A few students have complained that the professional does not respond to inquiry; but, this doesn't happen very frequently.
We thought it would help our members see the value in a system like this. Above all, their customer support has been incredible, and we really appreciate their continued support of our efforts.

The usability (it is difficult to use on mobile phones).

This excellent software connect to the best mentors and make you learn your chances or clear the most important chances in your life.
Specifically for my program, I don't like that mentees and mentors can request matches themselves. I think this causes confusion for everyone involved.
I love that you can communicate with participants solely through the platform. This helps with keeping personal information private and keeping program messaging organized.
Enhancements are critical to retain world-class software status.
Their customer support team is excellent and goes above and beyond to create materials, train and follow up with the participants, and plan and brainstorm ways to make the program better.

That is the biggest complaint I get from clients (really, the only complaint) - that they try to schedule an appt. With me on their phone and it's not intuitive and pretty clunky.
Overall I've been pleased with the product and the customer service. I would recommend this software to any fellow coach looking for a comprehensive product for their coaching business.
And, it doesn't function well with accessibility settings - I have the font larger on my phone and it looks awful.

Delenta is simple, yet elegant, has good integrations and functionality. One of the better if not best products for coaches on the market.
That is the biggest complaint I get from clients (really, the only complaint) - that they try to schedule an appt. With me on their phone and it's not intuitive and pretty clunky.
Overall I've been pleased with the product and the customer service. I would recommend this software to any fellow coach looking for a comprehensive product for their coaching business.
And, it doesn't function well with accessibility settings - I have the font larger on my phone and it looks awful.
The Delenta Team are great to work alongside; responsive, invested and passionate about making the product the best it can be.

I have a question that is not covered in there "frequently asked questions" area and I have left 3 emails and NOT ONE PERSON has responded. There is NO WHERE to reach a customer service provider.
Overall it has been really positive and I don't recommend very much at all. I am happy to recommend Delenta because of the team behind the platform and the development they have undertaken to date.
It’s easy to use and set up, it has enabled us to integrate a number of products into one, provides a great crm and it provides a great user experience - our clients love it.
Fantastic platform, user friendly, a strong coaching community with a single focus of contributing our best to the world. Kudos to the entire team of Delenta.
What I like best about Delenta is that you can easily set up your account with ease and start using the platform in less than 30 mins.
I like the way the course material is laid out as well - easy to upload content. Most importantly, the customer service is fantastic.
Delenta has been amazing to work with and my account manager is always connected.
Another problem I've solved with Delenta in my coaching business is in terms of price & time , I have really saved a lot more by switching to Delenta. I am so glad I found Delenta.

I love that the insight flags allow us to conduct outreach to students to help support them through challenges. Once a mentor flags a student, we can immediately take action.
The only thing I don't like is how it's another system to learn, use, and train others on. We sometimes have a difficult time keeping up with the flags as our staff is fairly small.
I was very pleased with the Mentor Collective team and their ability to rapidly launch an at-scale mentoring solution. They are responsive and thorough.
We are the most diverse four year public institution in the nation making it difficult to build any type of program in a one size fits all format.
The dashboards provide a wealth of information that enables me to see which populations are taking advantage of the program and where we need to grow participation.
Over the two years of the program, there has been drop off in survey completions and contact tracked.
The Mentor Collective system is like having an additional member on your team. It is very user friendly and provides a platform for individuals to engage in and connect.
We rely on our partners in Mentor Collective to provide the analytics and evaluation. I'm not sure if we could do this ourselves with the access we currently have.
User friendly; easy access; availability of those who can help us when there are questions/concerns regarding its operation.

I can take my own notes and also paste what I need the client to see in their 'homework' It's super user friendly and the videos they have to help you 'launch' are perfect and easy to follow.
The lack of simultaneous client collaboration within the portal at the time of the coaching call. But I believe that feature set is coming.
I just had a coaching session where I was able to share screen and show them the assignments from last time which was great at helping the session stay focused.
Knowing nothing about software, I have no idea if this is at all possible. But it would just be icing on the cake.
