Unlike many CRM systems that offer only limited syncing, Method gives us a reliable connection between our customer management and accounting processes.

I sometimes have issues importing new customers, but can usually figure it out or manually enter them into the system.

Then, once we get stuck or need help, having a customizer helps with the more complex logic.

Complex report customization - definatly needed help and I have a programming background.  

Method is an excellent program for organizing all of your information.
