PerfectLO is a mortgage and loan solution for small to midsize mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers and banks, designed to help simplify and accelerate the digital loan application process. PerfectLO offers an interactive questionnaire which systematically and intelligently asks borrowers the necessary questions in order to complete their loan profile, including a detailed document checklist.

The document checklist is based on the borrower’s answers, and automatically imports into the loan originator's current LOS system, along with an easy to read document including the borrower's answers and a summary of key information. Borrowers are able to complete PerfectLO’s in-depth loan questionnaire via any mobile device or desktop computer. Originators can also ‘interview’ the borrowers in real time while following the solution’s systematic process.

The document checklist may include a welcome paragraph, reminders, do's and don'ts, and any other pertinent information for the borrower. Users can also customize the header and footer of each page, at both the company and loan originator level. Each LO is provided with a unique link which enables them to attach an email signature, social media pages, and more, and takes borrowers directly to the LO’s portal. PerfectLO also provides organizations with a custom URL to embed onto their business website, allowing borrowers to be able to choose their preferred LO.

Email and text notifications are sent to originators whenever a borrower initiates a questionnaire, and again after it is submitted. Users can also customize the emails which are sent to borrowers after completion, and may also include the document checklist. PerfectLO enables borrowers to read and complete their questionnaires in their preferred language, as well as their document checklist. Loan originators can view the questionnaire, checklist, and results in English.
