Also had issues with a customer receiving an auto response email 6 times at once so there's still bugs with the system.

It's not completely useless, but I think we'll look for another provider or just stick with using outlook like we used to as we're a smaller store that doesn't split leads.

The only software update I would like to see at the moment is to have round robin with Facebook messenger leads.

Program is saving me tons of time and really helping us retain our customers.
