You can't have multi-line custom fields in case you were considering using custom fields + a campaign to send more personalized messages.- For Pipedrive users: the Pipedrive integration adds contacts to Pipedrive even if Snovio never was successful in finding any email address for them.

The UI is overloaded and there are many actions around the screen.

You have to go set up an automation in Pipedrive or Zapier to delete them.

The overall experience is good and time saving as you can create a list and add the result to that list by just clicking on " add to list" and then download the complete list in the form of csv file.
