The latest software version can be a bit hard to navigate.

Unlike some companies, Curate does not remain static in its policies and procedures; they actively seek to adapt and improve to better serve their clients' evolving needs.

Causes more stress and time and takes away man hours just to attempt to fix the problems they never addressed before launching.

We keep hitting walls and the system is lagging and not producing what they programmed.

We now have to hand write onto paper all of the information because their system is flawed.

Curate has been a wonderful addition to our floral design business.

You are basically stuck with all of your events in a system which is not working properly.

The ability to have multiple recipes within one line item so I can divide out the florals from the candles and click the photos easily into the line item is amazing.

I use it to create proposals and forms, accept payments and contracts, create recipes, keep track of flower orders, etc.

I love adding the "Possibilities" to our proposals now!

They had a rough go of it when they switched over to their newest version.  

This new migration is flawed, not working and full of bugs.

I tried to cancel use of the product, I have no contract and they just continue to charge my card month after month.  

I did like the easy accessibility of the classic version.

Great people easy usability and fast customer services which means we get our work flow moving quicker and we book more wedding!

They have no solutions only excuses and you can't get a human on the phone.

Then, I had some questions that I could not find on their website's FAQs and "helpful" tabs.

We can't print anything from the program.

It allows me to provide a detailed, easy-to-read proposal to my clients, while maintaining our pricing structure and profit margins.  

They have been extremely helpful and always trying to improve their software.

Overall, we have been a customer of Curate for 5 years.

Bad customer service, you cannot speak to a person unless you want to purchanse the softare.

I always wished I could add an additional fill-in section to the contract so I could collect clients's credit card info to keep on file.

Go on their website and try to contact them.  

Some of the questions were simple enough for me to respond.

We work with many clients who are planning their celebrations from a distance and this software allows them to be more excited about their choices and selections, even if the haven't seen them in person yet.

Printing is limited to browser printing capabilities and there is alignment output constraints between electronic version and PDF with respect to reports and PDF proposals.

I have raved to other florists about my experience with curate and I have heard from clients about how my quotes were night and day from other floral quotes they had received with presentation, the amount of photos for visuals and the level of detail. Once my clients receive and sign off on their quote, they are confident about what they will be receiving on their wedding day and I am always able to recall exactly what the game plan is months after I've written the quote and am getting ready for production/design.

The integration with quick books needs to be better, the mapping and the ability to reconcile payments once they move into quickbooks is not seemless

There really are no cons as the customer service is top rate to address any shortfalls that might come up (system feedback and glitches).  

Integration of card payment, easy to use, and app synced great for delivery routes and delivery confirmation.

This software has a very intuitive and concise entry system for our florist.  

I especially appreciate all the features that would cost me extra with other software.

Even when the proposal is excepted the price of it may change. When I am doing sales taxes quarterly this is not accurate so I have to take an extra step.
