4G:PLM provides a single, central location for all your product data including customizable part numbering and a history of all previous product revisions with red-lined BOM changes. It includes Approved Vendor and Manufacturer Lists (AVL/AML) for tracking externally produced components. 4G:PLM also securely manages the engineering change process (ECO/ECN) with customizable workflows and approval tracking. Custom User Roles allow you to control access to sensitive product information and a full audit log tracks all activity within 4G:PLM.
4G:PLM manages product data through the entire product process and is a perfect fit for companies that need the benefits of PLM, but struggle to justify the high up-front software, implementation and training costs associated with other PLM products.
