What is Hevacomp?
Hevacomp by Bentley Systems is a building information modeling (BIM) software solution that enables users to build energy-efficient electrical and mechanical systems. Using the industry-leading simulation engine, EnergyPlus, Hevacomp can forecast highly accurate real-world energy performance.
Hevacomp includes the Hevacomp Dynamic Simulation module to simulate building energy to comply with UK’s mandated standards for Building Information Modeling objects. It also includes the Hevacomp Electrical Designer which helps users design and analyzes the electrical systems of a building and the Hevacomp Mechanical Designer which covers the rollout of mechanical systems of a building.
