The extended cloud integrations and smart agents automatically scan and detect concerning online indicators, and send detailed reports to designated school staff for timely intervention. Lightspeed Alert’s patented AI technology and human review work seamlessly together to analyze alerts and evaluate imminent threats in real-time for appropriate intervention. If a threat is deemed imminent, safety specialists immediately escalate to chosen members of staff and/or law enforcement. This removes from schools the burden of monitoring alerts 24/7 while also enabling them to intervene before an incident occurs.
