New Relic helps me find the endpoints and backend APIs that are experiencing errors or not performing well. The data collected from New Relic helps the developers tune slow performing requests.
I would rate my experience with New Relic as very good. It's easy to setup and use with the exception of a little learning curve about all the corners where information is stored.
UI/UX and Pricing models have improved but deployment is a nightmare.

Will pay more than you get. Data will disappear any day, Application filters don't work.

Integrations have been somewhat challenging and professional services disappointing in the time required to get things done.
I have had nothing but great communication, help, and training from the xMatters team. This software is excellent and easy to use.
The one area which didn't work well was the phone alerts where the combination of American and English 'voices' gave a disjointed feel to the message.
I am very positive, and I have a good feeling that this will be an extremely useful solution for Arla in the future.
