Every time I had an issue or didn’t understand something, someone actually got on with me and walked me through it. Once you get the hang of the system, the dialer itself is super strong- consistent connect rates, smooth calling, and way more control than other dialers I’ve used.

Ready Mode is mostly great—intuitive, quick-loading, and genuinely helpful for staying organized. But honestly, the mobile version feels half-baked: scrolling stutters if you flick too fast, and the interface cramps up on smaller screens.

The DNC scrubbing feature isn't the best in the sense that real time scrubbing wasn't properly scrubbing all the numbers and the fact that scrubbing for DNC at the time the list is uploaded only scrubs the first numbers is a bummer.

From a value for money perspective, Readymode offers a decent set of features for call centers that rely heavily on outbound dialing.

In certain cases, navigating between different sections of the system takes extra steps, which can slow things down when you’re trying to make quick adjustments to campaigns or lists.

Marking dispositions is duplicative, need the ability to skip a person without dialing them, lack of dial tone when you ring out is difficult, no indicator of change in contact when the system dials someone who you are unable to leave a vm for.

The voicemails are super helpful in the landline calls, and being able to mark certain leads with what happened during the call is also super helpful

The simple fact that you can dial through a list of people in a very short time and eliminate phone fatigue by pre-recording a voicemail.

So for instance, finishing a call campaign, and making a new list with only the numbers that were marked left voicemail, follow up, etc.
