Sales

I have never felt more angry about customer service ever.

Self

I like the customer service the most, I had some issues starting out trying to create a simple app to use for craft products but they were so helpful and resolved my issues quickly!

social worker

I am feeling very happy that today I went to such a sector and made an app where I got full support. If I tell you the real thing, I did not have any information to make an app, but I somehow made an app on AP Pie, but now I could not understand how to publish it, but after calling on the support of the customer, it was a great help.

The free trial is incredibly limited--in fact, my students and I had trouble figuring out some way for me to evaluate their work since the trial doesn't allow much in the way of beta testing or trial distribution.

Also, paying $600 dollars extra a year to remove appy pie branding from the splash page is way too expensive.

Designing workflows, customizing features, and adding appointment forms or listing pages can be done visually with immediate previews. AND I ALWAYS GET MY VALUE FOR MY MONEY.

Real Estate Agent

Agents dropped property information and lead forms onto mobile with haste, readily scheduled showings with appointments, and built client-facing apps without coders, enhancing customer experience and project time-to-market benefits.

Inability to deliver on agreed to deliverables - it took more than 12 months, multiple meetings and continuously pointing out issues that remained unfixed or undelivered before we cancelled the additional year agreement.

On 'paper' this service should assist in most of the common and even uncommon needs a business have when searching for an automation partner.

Sole Proprietor

The menus are confusing and poorly executed, and many locked behind paywalls with better features.

Team Leader

Appy pie has all required features which fits on our requirements list for software to use for applications development and publish.

Events manager

A lot of the tutorials are dated and are not up to current versions especially when using the messaging part of it and having to use another source other than apple pie.

They talk about their free trial, but actual execution or publication almost isn't possible without becoming a paying customer.

finance and international business

It has been a very interesting tool where I can create any type of application I need by just specifying the characteristics I want it to have and the artificial intelligence creates it as I asked and very quickly without having to download programs or have programming and coding knowledge, its prices are cheap and I can create the applications I want

system technique

Its functionality is perfect and it simplifies workflows with the quick creation of an application

They say you have a trial period but even when you tell them you no longer want the service they still charge you and it can not be refunded....or at least they won't.

The Platinum package with added support is a great option for anyone with little/no experience wishing to build an app.

They are the most basic apps and sites out there.

Designer

Adviser

owner

the esae of use, anyone could build a app or site with this

The additional support when it comes to submission to the app stores is well worth it.

Graphic Designer

Expensive Monthly Fees for Professional Plans : To access certain features such as ecommerce integrations and unlimited push notifications, businesses might have to pay expensive monthly fees that are associated with more advanced versions of the software like Pro ($49/mo) or Gold ($99/mo).

Data Platform Engineer

Basically, Appy Pie is an early-stage cloud platform that enabled a no-code development environment, We used it for a couple of mid-scale projects and still customizing it. If you want to leverage basic functionality according to some general business logic and performance, then it is a good fit. But if you require a full-fledged app development with extraordinary capabilities, then please note that this platform isn't made for that and it is not going to replace the native development.

service

drag and drop interface has make it accessible for me without coding knowledge, enabling wider range of people to create their own mobile apps.

Executive

It is difficult to imbed external elements into the app, and the basic version does not have much functionality available

Support Services and Resources Available : Appy Pie offers customer support services as well as resources such as tutorials that teach users how best to utilize their products through videos or user manuals .

Not very helpful to get you through the uploading with apple yourself requires most people to pay for them to upload the app to apple

Theologian

Unattractive Templates : As most templates offered by Appy Pie are quite generic-looking they may not be able to attract any potential customers seeking unique designs over typical apps found elsewhere in stores such as Google Play Store & Apple iTunes Store .

The price for full access it came to $450 almost but if you can get past that then I don't think you will be switching apps

Founder

I like the Appypie and I'm a customer since 2016

Staff normally send video tutorials that not not normally relevant to clients issue

Manager

Being software which support user In hosting application I used it build an application just that sometime payment are not got in and it always gives me notification on what to do

boss

I didn't realise it was like Zapier and I'm not paying your annualised "monthly" subscription $144 to try something out.

They cancelled my account blocking from logging in further.

One of the best thing is that it has integrated Ad-revenue feature which helps is earning revenue through AdMob.

Their support team is incredibly friendly and quick to assist.

Users may easily develop and personalize their apps to meet their needs thanks to the platform's large selection of templates and functionalities.

Quality Analyst

The only thing that made our integration a little bit difficult was that the screenshots shown for instructions were blurry and we had to almost guess when giving training.

Technical Support

Very easy to use and extremely helpful staff.
