Famly provides an all round service from being able to share information easily with staff & parents to being able to keep an eye on finances & debt, it definitely provides all the services we need as a nursery.

The only thing that is kind of frustrating about the app is that within the app itself, I cannot preview invoices. And there’s also no option for me to select all staff or select all children when sending out an email.

Overall, we are happy and feel that despite the few things that could be improved it still feels more user friendly than some of the other choices on the market.

Famly has been great support for my Business it has provided so many benefits all in one place, from being able to view occupancy availability to producing invoices to collect fees.

We have split age groups in two of our rooms, therefore this does not reflect the amount of staff we need in each room e.g. Rompers Under tow's 1:3 ratio and over two's 1:4 ratio.

Everything in one place, from in the rooms through to management requirements, such as invoicing, staff hours, staff holiday.

Invoicing system has taken some getting used to and how the format works.

As we've used it the main things I really value include - the invoices being simple, accurate, and easy to do; tracking children's progress is easy and has customisations that make it work for us; and the team find it easy to use - they have a variety of skills and competences as any team do but even the most techniphobic can sign in and out.

All they have is a chat feature. If you call you have to google search deep to find a phone number, which takes you straight to a voicemail.

Never ever get a call back ever. And it takes weeks for them to fix errors that occur.

Its reports are by far the best for cacfp center programs.

The Kidkare Food Program is often times not updateable and it is not usable with the apple platform.

It's also easy to put the menu's in because it will come up read if you are missing a component for any meal.

I have not utilized the bookkeeping programming yet I am thinking about pursuing that. As I expressed, the client support side is the main destruction up until this point.

Sometimes it will glitch out or erase all the information that we put into it.

It is a great app for bigger businesses and business that want to be organized.

I haven't needed to utilize the client support for some time so I expectation it has improved.

By and large: I love my experience the extent that my youngster care business goes.
