The only thing I don't like is that copying lesson plans from previous years has a lot of steps.   Unless I am missing some training, you have to click through a lot of buttons to find past lessons, then copy, then click back through all the buttons to get to the current week to paste.   If you only have to do one lesson, it might be worth it, but if you are trying to copy a week or two for a whole unit, it gets too unmanageable.

The APP is not great and I do get some parent feedback on not liking how the app looks and is not super useable on their phones, specifically the glitching and finding grades, assignments, and other features, including the bill pay and so forth.

It helps our administration to look and see what students are interrupting our class management strategies and to better help us flow and make progress.

This help keeps track of students behavior, grades, billing as well as the teachers lesson plans and calendars.

I do feel like all student information is secure and that information is kept private. If you are trying to get grades out in a timely fashion as well as manage your student as well as teacher time correctly, Gradelink is definitely the answer.

We greatly appreciate the online enrollment option and the communication tools to do automated phone calls, texts, and emails.

I've used it for grading, lesson plans, emails, newsletters, syllabi, attachments, etc.

Gradelink contains everything a teacher will need to write lesson plans, organize and keep grades, as well as so much more.  

I use it on a weekly basis and it allows me to keep parents in the loop with how their child is performing in school.

At times, the system can be slow, and customization options (especially for reports and grading formats) could be more flexible.

I love that I can put my weekly emails on the Teacher page so parents can go back and look at that instead of trying to find it in an email that I sent.

Is it possible to have an option for the teachers to upload all their lesson plans but select what parts of it can be viewed by the parents?

One thing I would like to see added is a way to upload files for staff members so that we can move to digital files for them also.

Most questions can be answered via their help desk, but if you phone and leave a message, you get a response usually same day, next business day at the latest.

I like how Gradelink lets you track your lesson plans and grades for each student.  

I always get almost immediate responses back from the support team to help either build something on your website, troubleshoot an issue or just remind me again on how to do something on my end for my school.

In addition, the features in the Gradelink system cover all of our grade reporting needs.

We use the communications feature (both email and mass texting) almost daily at our school.

In the past I have sent feedback with an issue I was having with the login procedure, and I can tell improvements have been made in that area (indicating the developers are listening).

Email is the fastest way to obtain technical support, as I have encountered several instances of long hold times and no answer when calling.

I can be working on something and it will log me out or I have to refresh to move on to the next screen, which means that I have to sometimes start over.

The management of grades is so easy, and the Administration portal provides great information for reporting and assessment.

I can easily switch between child profiles without having to sign in/out and I can monitor grades along with keeping track of events on the calendar.

I like its lesson plan feature the best and it has helped me a lot in designing my lessons for a week.

Lesson planning is very customizable depending on what your specific school requires and what your personal needs are!

I also don't like that when an incident in reported in the injury section, parents cannot see who the child was referred to or by.

We have been using Gradelink for at least 3 years, and I still like the versatility of being able to do all the above mentioned things on one website with one login.  

Phone app version is buggy and lesson plans are easily messed up due to sensitivity of input.
