Pros
It is now seamless and very useful. Our parents are very appreciative of the improved communication we now offer as well as the mobile app that lets them more easily track their child's progress.
It is very user friendly and affordable for small schools. Notable: Teacher Pages which have been very Covid Friendly, great report section and parent friendly app.
I particularly am grateful for the patience and knowledge of the customer care resps. No matter how simple or trivial my questions or issues may be, they are very gracious and helpful.
Pros
The software is very easy to use and navigate and provides a very comprehensive platform for our school. The tutorials are super easy to navigate and provides continuous support.
Everyone is very helpful and kind, and support issues are generally resolved in a timely manner. We appreciate that SchoolCues helps us maintain connectivity between our classrooms and our families.
They afford parents a super easy way to communicate with the school. The school appreciates the ability to get messages to families in a targeted manner (e.g., one classroom or everyone.).
Cons
There are no features that are too hard to use. I was not here when this program was integrated.
Also, the statements for the parents can be confusing.
Since I'm beginning to learn a little more of the software, I can not make an accurate comment about what I dislike least about the software.
Cons
The software has glitches that confuses and frustrates our families.
The bad thing is that you need to think like a software engineer to make sense of it. In many places, lists do not sort correctly.
Our disappointment with School Cues is the ability to use photos. They are developing all-new photo galleries, using photos in newsletters, and getting them to families is culms.
