The course software really needs its own custom post type interface so the lessons are easier to access - especially for us old school developers who are not big fans of the Gutenberg interface.  

It is frustrating having to go in and out of single course pages and not be able to open multiple pages in multiple tabs when you have larger and more comprehensive courses.

Several functions disrupt the design or CSS when activated.

The issue we also had was password restart as we wanted to add people to the platform and then send user details but we were unable to do it so we needed to ask them to restart the password.

At the beginning the initial setup looked a little bit difficult, but there is a lot of tutorials for your backup

It's a bit barebones. But, that gives you the freedom for total customization. If you're trying to make money on Wordpress in 2022 you need to have Ux/Ui skills or pay someone who does.

It's helped me to automate my course materials and give clients a platform for the entire course structure.

Perhaps, as a suggestion, there could be some preset styles for the member's account dashboard in WordPress. Although it's functional and works perfectly, it's perhaps a bit basic in design.
