There was, as with any new multi-function software, a learning curve but MMS makes it as easy to learn. The unique-for-each-student online portal makes student-teacher interaction easy.

Can I choose to have no logo at all on the invoice, not even the default treble clef.

There were so many programs out there; I didn't know even what I needed let alone start comparing from 50 plus online companies. So I just decided to trial MyMusicStaff because of the price.

It is impossible to manage or prioritise communication. Teachers are sick of me asking to re-send communications to my email address.

I get why schools think this product is a good idea. This is because you don't understand parental requirements.

One other thing we dislike is the cost that we now incur if we need changes made.

But that's about the only tool I have available to enforce change. I really really don't like it, and I am looking to switch schools because of it.

Login frustrations, can't reset password via email... was told to contact school who confirmed the username and password we should be using but it doesn't work.
