We have to create separate forms for registration based on the circumstance (new vs. returning) and age group to be able to show the fee structure for each.  

There's so many things that can be done with the platform that even things that you would think you need an external program to do, if you ask the online support team, they can probably create within the platform anything you were thinking.

The ability to track and record student grades/progress, manage parent/family financial accounts, and print reports all in one place is amazing!

I have set up several accounting systems for clients in the past using many different accounting software's.

Their staff is knowledgeable in the system, and if they can't immediately help, they will have someone get back to you with a solution.

We have found that we do like having the student management and the Financial Piece on the same platform.

Our calls are shorter and shorter because often times it is something I just need a little nudge in the correct direction.

Learning curve for setup and customization: PraxiSchool offers customization options, but I have mentioned that the initial setup and customization process can be complex or time-consuming.

The team is knowledgeable and I know each time I log on for help my questions will be answered clearly.

I thought the integration would have been smoother but [sensitive content hidden] jumped in and we scheduled daily - literally through the entire summer sessions teaching me.  

I love that everything is connected - from application to enrollment to tuition payments to transcripts!

Payroll feature does not do direct deposit.

As an administrator, I stay out of the classroom edits, etc.  

Much of the menu labeling is misleading.  

Love that when you schedule a call you know you have their undivided attention for an hour.

For example, we do not have a dedicated accountant or experienced book keeper, as most institutions would.

It is hard to self navigate, I feel as though I contact [sensitive content hidden] often.
