There are user guides for many of the things you aim to do in course creation or short videos in the iSpring resource library.

Initial setup was easy, and I recommend it highly, rating it 5 stars. Whenever I've needed to reach out to customer support, their response time has been quick and they have been able to resolve my issues fully and understand what may be causing the issues in the first place which allows me to resolve my own issues, saving me time in the future.

The integration with PowerPoint is excellent, letting me quickly create and publish SCORM files.
