Pros

“AdCreative.ai referred generally to its Terms of Service, but did not provide the specific evidence requested before saying they considered the matter closed.”

Brendon B.

“In my opinion, they are purposely trying to capitalize on trial and most company now offered trial with no credit card information to avoid things like this to occur. If they know how to generate complexe AI design, they sure know how to create automation so we receive bill remittance notification and they know how to create a trial that doesn't require credit card information.”

René-Philippe C.

CEO

“I had to contest the transactions from my credit card provider and to do this, they need to change my whole credit card number so I will have to connect within about 20 different service provider to share them my new credit card information.”

Pros

“The clean interface of Playbook helps to organize my creative work and photos, with its folder structures, drag and drop functions, batch options all very helpful in managing my files.”

YJ H.

Master of Architecture Student

“Playbook offers an incredible balance of functionality, stability, and affordability, especially for companies managing large amounts of creative and marketing assets like we do at Outdoor Living Today.”

Austin G.

Marketing Manager - Head of Marketing

“Playbook offers a highly visual, Pinterest-inspired alternative to traditional cloud storage, prioritizing creative collaboration over rigid folder hierarchies.”

Work

Cons

“The merchant descriptor was ambiguous and the charges were initially misclassified internally as a general software / Adobe-style subscription expense, so they were not picked up until a later accounting review. When we disputed the charges, we requested basic evidence such as the account email, signup details, accepted terms, invoices, renewal notices, login history and usage history.”

Brendon B.

“We do not recognise any active user internally, have no known login credentials, no record of using the platform, and no clear business record of invoices, renewal notices, or accepted subscription terms. Once the charges were identified, we immediately disputed them and asked for evidence of who signed up, what was accepted, whether that person had authority, and whether the platform was ever used.”

Brendon B.

“Broken Refund Promises: Their team confirmed the refund was "approved" over 18 days ago, yet they still haven't returned the funds or provided a basic transaction receipt.”

Yilan L.

Designer

Cons

“Certain actions, like stacking items or downloading assets, can occasionally become messy or unintuitive — for example, downloads sometimes pull every version of an asset rather than the specific one intended.”

Austin G.

Marketing Manager - Head of Marketing

“Other drawbacks include inconsistent video quality across different creators, occasional streaming glitches, and a confusing subscription model.”

Gyan p.

Work

“Users often dislike Playbook’s cluttered interface and limited filtering, which make finding specific workouts difficult.”
