What is Trezi?
Trezi is a virtual reality product designed for the building industry; serving architects, interior designers, building owners, and building product manufacturers/suppliers. Users have the ability to create virtual designs through project collaboration through a virtual, immersive environment. The platform enables users in different locations to review and make edits to all virtual designs.
Trezi oversees the entire process from initial launch to finalizing designs. Users can launch 3D product models into the product's workspace, test the full experience, present/collaborate with other stakeholders, and then distribute the final product in various formats. Additional features include 360 degree panorama tours, VR-enabled coordination meetings, mobile device compatibility, building product catalog integration, simulation, drag & drop interface, and hotspots. While reviewing design models, users can adjust the time of day and geography settings to explore daylight options.
VR hardware is not required to run Trezi's desktop environment, and various plugins are offered (e.g. Autodesk FBX, Autodesk Revit, Trimble SketchUp, and McNeel Rhinoceros) to further integrate design models.
