The integration with the bookkeeping software wasn't difficult but it does take some time to set up the initial mapping process correctly.

It's much easier to understand a2x's reports compared to Amazon's, and I feel reassured that my Amazon accounts are accurate in Xero.

The set up is tedious, though as expected if setting this up for a client with multiple sales channels across multiple regions.

The response I got was AMAZING and a video call was set up where I worked one-to-one with someone on the their onboarding team who worked through each and every part of their app and made the right selections and connections that were appropriate for my business and the platform / accounting software and payment providers I use to ensure all the date mapped correctly into XERO.

Amazon and Shopify are separate accounts so sometimes you need to toggle back and forth, but its only a minor inconvenience.

Takes a while to set up as you have to know your own tax settings, but this is not the fault of a2x.

There are some minor marketplaces that it doesn't intregrate with, but this doesn't really cause us much of a problem and we wouldn't really expect A2X to do this.

I cannot find so many cons. If you have multiple accounts, pricing gets more expensive but it still worth saving your time

I'm importing from two different programs using two different date formates, which then requires me to change the date format first in settings, prior to importing the files.

It saved me a ton of time not having to manually enter a large customer list with billing and shipping addresses, as well as an invoice list for a QBDT to QBO migration.

This doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles (or at least I don't use them if they do!) but it's great for what it is: a simple way to import journal entries or other items into QBO.
