What is BankPoint?

BankPoint is a cloud-based solution designed to help banks, non-bank lenders, and loan portfolio managers automate processes for covenant tracking, credit approval, due diligence, real estate owned (REO) management and more. BankPoint's customizable pipeline dashboard lets users visualize the latest updates, as well as loan status, and manage tasks, notes, and documents all from the same place.

Key features of BankPoint include portfolio management, audit trail, a client database, loan searching, custom field mapping and loan review. Hedge fund managers can use configurable templates and appropriate rights to view narratives, finances, additional documentation, and tables, as well as maintain a rule-based approval workflow. The impairment review module allows clients to examine loan-level impairment based on risks defined by banks, and track the performance status of special assets.

BankPoint can also be deployed in an on-premise environment. Salesforce integration enables private equity groups to visualize, as well as maintain customer and loan relationships by providing interactive diagrams, which can be modified according to individual requirements.
