My overall experience with BNTouch Mortgage CRM is that it is a highly effective tool for mortgage professionals who want a comprehensive, industry-specific platform to automate their marketing and streamline their loan process.

I onboarded, imported data, and within three days it was clear the system was not a fit for my mortgage business because of how clunky and outdated it felt to use.

The robust marketing automation, including pre-built content for email, text, and video campaigns, is a major pro.

The interface feels outdated, unintuitive, and slow for modern mortgage workflows.

I don't really have anything negative to say about BNTouch. If anything, I wish it was a little cheaper.

I like that BNTouch is built specifically for the mortgage business.

The biggest thing that needs improvement, that I see, is that BNTouch HAS to make the app more user friendly and HAS to have a text-to-customer feature that notifies the user when a client replies.  

The user interface feels a bit outdated, making it less intuitive than other systems I've used.

It took a while to adapt to all the features and tools, but overall is a good CRM for loan originators.
