There are some features that have been requested and noted by Canopy but have yet to make their product update roadmap.

Clients seem to love the portal and the ability to see all their documents securely.

Setting it up initially was the most difficult because we had so many different programs that we were using before that we had to consolidate to one.

It’s a reliable solution for firms that want to scale while maintaining strong organization and client experience.

Would be helpful if the Column Header Task could show the TYPE of TASK like Tax,

Workflows and templates were somewhat rigid for more complex or niche practices.

I like the ease of communicating with clients and having a one-stop shop for interactions with our clients.
