I think the only thing I have disliked so far is if I am on page 7, and click an client, if I hit the back space, it will take me back to page 1.

It takes some time for new users to get fully comfortable navigating all the features, but once you’re familiar with the system, it quickly becomes second nature and the efficiency gains are well worth it.

Firm360 has been an excellent fit for our new firm.

It is capable of managing different aspects of our practice, from straight-forward corporate year-end file preparation, to the longer-term steps of an Estate project, and specialty tax engagements.

I like that I am able to see everything I have planed for each week and manage my time on a project and that  our firm is able to see how we are progressing in out projects in a timely manner.

In the end, this is a good exercise and pay dividends, but we have found that you should be prepared to spend time thinking about your processes and why they are in place before incorporating them into Firm360.   But perhaps we are/were more inefficient than other firms.
