Pros

It has a great interface which makes it feel very easy to use and has a great set of templates you can use from the beginning for various accounting needs.
For a small company as myself the excellent invoice features has been very helpful and useful.
FreshBooks combined with other applications is a great tool. In any case, if you want to create invoices and send it in a split second and then track and monitor its progress, I recommend FreshBooks.

Pros

Really useful and easy to use, so it is really efficient and a true time saver. I am glad that i have found out about this software.
The greatest benefit was saving a lot of time, i don't have to draft 20 or 50 checks at month, it was indeed a great add to my company.
I have integrated OCW into my invoicing system with awesome results. I can manage accounts payable and track and manage vendor payments all with ease.

Cons

We would lose all of that if we switched, so unfortunately we are stuck with having to use this horrible new format.
It is really frustrating to have a client not be able to pay through the invoice, and for this reason, only, I have been considering a new software company.
Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

Cons

Additionally, a year after I had cancelled them they charged my credit card again and would not answer the phone when I called them.
If you have slow internet connection or if you get disconnecting, you may have struggles, although it's a connection thing not a software.
The usual software is very complicated and the instructions are hard to follow especially to those who are not computer savvy.

Pros

Ease of use, focused functionality. It allowed me to send professional looking invoices and track payments, while giving my clients a way to see that their invoices were closed out on my end.

Cons

Sometimes the displays were a bit confusing or you had to click around to get to what you wanted.

Over-all this cloud accounting software makes the recording of business transactions real-time.

Pros

FreshBooks is always "fresh" in the sense that all accounting entries are properly balanced and managed. This cloud accounting software makes the accounting easier and efficient. I like the reports it provides from the Debit and Credit till the Income Statement reports. All business transactions are perfectly accounted for and you can closely monitor the "balancing" of business operations particularly the financial aspects.

Cons

The software can be accessed online anytime and anywhere so the management can easily check of what's going on with the business. The only concern that I have in mind is the license fee because I believe it could be affordable to any business types if the price range would be lessened.

All features are good but I like the online transaction feature as online transactions are allowed with full security of Freshbooks.

Pros

It's the best accounting software that is simple to use. We can work at any platform whether its windows, android, ios. We are not restricted to a single device, just sign in with your user key and manage your accounts from anywhere in this world. We can track records of our sale and purchase through the graphical view represented in this software. Online bank transfers are also easily done by this software. Bills are easy to create and record with all GST details.

Cons

It sometimes crashes without any notification but its auto-save feature records and saves our data securely. It could be a bug I think.

People are working full time and part-time jobs. Most educators open up their own small business on the side. Check out fresh books. It really cost you nothing...This software program is for small businesses to do invoices with ease. It is FREE for the first 30 days. You can't be that. I normally don't try free stuff because you get tricked into using your credit card and being accidentally charged. You DONOT need a credit card to use for free. You can create reports on your invoices, expenses, time tracking, payments, projects and being able to develop a variety of reports. You can also do online communication and collaborate with your team. Save some money and check it out!

I have never been a big fan of accounting, or the software. I hated one software only being for PC's, especially when I work between a PC and a MAC. With Freshbooks I have options to work from wherever, as it's cloud based - along with my phone. It's easier than ever to keep tabs on the expenses with automatic importing from your bank account. Most importantly it makes it easy to add a copy of your receipt to the expense in the unlikely event of an audit.

Pros

- Ease of billing - Clients think it's easy - Can accept CC or Cash - Can send paper bills - Clients can log in to check their account

Cons

- The CC fees are a little high - No where to upload contracts to get signed.
