FreshBooks is always "fresh" in the sense that all accounting entries are properly balanced and managed. This cloud accounting software makes the accounting easier and efficient. I like the reports it provides from the Debit and Credit till the Income Statement reports. All business transactions are perfectly accounted for and you can closely monitor the "balancing" of business operations particularly the financial aspects.

The software can be accessed online anytime and anywhere so the management can easily check of what's going on with the business. The only concern that I have in mind is the license fee because I believe it could be affordable to any business types if the price range would be lessened.

Wish they had different fees based on how you pay, cash, check, card, or paypal.

One of the best or straight forward accounting solution. Best for those who have small business and small accounting statement for complex accounting it get difficult to us to understand. Easy online payment facilities through credit card.

I have seen that something bug occur in mail while sending the files. Improve the online payment method or add some other online category into it.

It's all web/cloud based so you're limited to operating online.

I like how easy is to check some invoices: unfortunately is not the best solution for italian companies

The manage of the italian Fattura Elettronica is really bad: italian software have better handling of those kind of invoices

I love being able to access it from anywhere as it resides in the "cloud". I can check invoices and payments easily and quickly. :-)

There is no free version. Went back to wave app instead as it is free.

We were not able to easily or seamlessly integrate it with Quickbooks online.

The fact that I can see when someone opened the email is the best feature ever. No more wondering and if they do mention that an invoice wasn't received, I know its not the truth.

pricing levels .. I think I am grandfathered into an old price.. but newer pricing may be a better deal. Gotta check!

Tracking orders progress is very easy and sending invoices. Amazing grpahical user interface has made it very attractive and east to understandable. Tasks are easily manageable even when they are in bulk.

Freshbooks isn't very good for amazon seller or different Ebay seller those who have stock and inventory system, but overall it's an amazing software no doubt.

It's the best accounting software that is simple to use. We can work at any platform whether its windows, android, ios. We are not restricted to a single device, just sign in with your user key and manage your accounts from anywhere in this world. We can track records of our sale and purchase through the graphical view represented in this software. Online bank transfers are also easily done by this software. Bills are easy to create and record with all GST details.

It sometimes crashes without any notification but its auto-save feature records and saves our data securely. It could be a bug I think.

FreshBooks dashboard is very user friendly, its very helpfull in invoice and time tracking.

Two majors issues that are making me look elsewhere. 1. Time tracker doesn't always work. You pause your time and return later and it is still going. I love how easy it is to time my work and record it for invoicing. Sending reminders to my clients.I also like how you can see when your client has reviewed or paid your invoice.I highly recommend using Freshbooks to any small business that needs to collect money in a painless fashion.

I don't really dislike anything about it,but I wish it were easier for my virtual assistant to create invoices on my behalf
