The things I like least about GCpay is that it should show the Due dates of each project billing, and I should be able to revise billing after submission, in case I make a small mistake.

The thing that I like least about GCPay is that when it emails me the "required items" needed for a specific billing it doesnt tell me what period the item is for and also it doesnt include all attachments that are required for this billing.

What I like least about GCpay is the additional cost incurred from a specific GC just for submitting their pay applications on the portal, in addition to the GC pay cost of service.

To print the monthly invoicing for each project, I need to go into each company's AIA and print individually instead of printing all for that specific month.

A con in GCPay I found is that we cannot turn off the Stored Material billing option by Subcontractor; it turns off the feature for all Subs on that project.

However, the payment times have been an issue since most contracts are pay when paid and GCPay sits on the money to gain free interest before sending it out to the subcontractors.
