Q. What is GCPay used for?

GCPay is a cloud-based payment management software designed to help businesses in the construction industry manage payment applications, calculations, lien waivers, and remittances on a collaborative platform. Features include remote access, document storage, contact management, and role-based permissions. The platform enables users to streamline payment processes between contractors and subcontractors, build automated workflows, and reject or accept applications in real-time. Supervisors can send automated email reminders to subcontractors for submitting payment applications and route them for approval. It collects all associated compliance documents before the submission of applications and notifies subcontractors when documents expire. Businesses can also create, share, and collect lien waivers and obtain approvals through digital signatures. GCPay offers integration with several third-party ERP applications including CMiC, Sage, and Viewpoint. Contractors can automate electronic payments, send messages when payments are ready, and exchange lien release of payments with workers. Using the dashboard, administrators can track approved or pending applications, generate billing summary by date, monitor account receivable/payable, and export reports.
