I like that I can see the percentage of progress on all active projects all at once. I love the quick look option inside of a project.

Software error popups are really vague and do not describe what is wrong which can make hunting down the issue very difficult at times.

The webinars and training in this software is very user friendly and very timely. The updates that are provide continue to impress me with the programming capability and versatility.

And at times you can get many errors if you missed a step or entered something incorrectly but this is a minor annoyance.

As I get more comfortable with the navigation details in Vista / Viewpoint I feel more confident that I can do anything I need to. After one month of use I am very pleased with this product.

I would recommend they take a tour of the facility in Portland, it's amazing, and will give the reviewers insite as to the belief system of the company, which is awesome.

The online help (Chat) is a great help and the Knowledge Base is a wonderful resource.

This negates why a purchase order would be needed if the system allows for receipts exceeding the PO quantity without any errors or warnings.

Their support is slow to respond. They told us their product could meet our requirements but failed to mention that many of those things would require costly customization until after we signed up.

This program features some of the strongest features on the accounting side of things. Once you become acquainted, custom forms are the best feature.

This software does not work well with a "Shoot first, ask questions later" mentality.

The Vista team had none of this. It was just terrible, I don't know how else to describe it.

It is very difficult to work with in. We have a hard time with integration of systems.

The consultants lack a basic understanding of construction accounting and they will mess anything up that you ask for help with, and then require more money to fix.
