Often Seller contributions don’t “stick” and have to be re-entered. The only other real complaint is I can’t figure out how to get a DPA program entered correctly, so I have to work around those.

Once you know how to navigate, everything will be fine. Customer Service respond fast.

I honestly do not have any, I tried to get a refund but they do not stand behind their product and service.

We were so ready to be done with Calyx Point after how they handled the new URLA rollout. We were dead in the water, unable to run AUS, unable to preapprove clients, unable to PRINT an application.

I loved this software for originating mortgage loans. It's ease of use and step by step through the application process was the best for origination software in my opinion.

They handled the new URLA rollout so poorly, it was unbelievable. They weren't prepared, the software changes weren't ready, and it was a disaster.

We had pretty good experiences with the Zip online application process - clients seemed to have a positive experience.

Again, there is NO communication that the issue has been corrected. Almost every update they send out introduces a new problem that then requires another update.

Calyx Point is a waste of money that I am stuck with for at least another 6 months.

They had MONTHS to prepare for the changes and it was a complete disaster.

You cannot import a 3.4 which is very frustrating if you use a processor as most of us do. When changing figures the DTI calculation is incorrect most of the time.

Calyx Point us  still not cloud-based. Customer service is absolutely terrible.

It is a bit difficult to navigate on this software if you are not very much familiar. It took me weeks to familiarize myself.
