It's clearly shown what is what. I loved using this software while in my internship, I really learned a great deal.

We have had issues in the past of some documents not uploading correctly (being corrupted), and it was a pain the track these documents down.

Encompass is an easy to use software. I mostly use it to pull saved documents during HDMA reviews, but I am definitely a fan at how easy it makes the process.

What I like most about this software it has the ability to do anything you set up for it to do but with a high price and very educated admin needed.

Encompass's ability to integrate with other programs and software is a huge benefit. To be able to access external sites and partners within this system is such a time saver.

Very Slow - the system lags to load and login, it lags to get inside a new file and is slow overall.

Locks you into their vendors or you get charged excessively. In addition, it takes hiring one to two certified programmers to keep the programming running while paying excessively.

Saddening to think we can so so many things in Home Loan Origination that make it easy on the consumer yet lack so severely in the development of a user-friendly LOS system.

Transitioning to Encompass is a total pain in the butt so add an additional 3-6 months to your integration window to get it set up.

Manager Compensation Benefits and Staffing

Easy to evaluate all jobs/positions provide correct competencies for each job. Job descriptions/interview guides are also ready to print once you have completed the evaluation.

It's able to hold TONS of information and organize it all into one place. The pipeline is very easy to navigate.
