Overall experience was not worth the cheaper price, it hindered the overall point of the need, low quality customer service, poor sales tactics.

The Privileges and Appointments section is nice to have all approved packets in one place but also like that it connects to the providers profile.

The calendar on the student dashboard does not update to the latest class dates available.

Found it wasn’t needed for us or ANYONE LESS THAN 100 employees, so if you are a small business, find a better way to keep records of your staff by using a desktop.

This was not the case and in the 14 months we have had this service, we have paid out thousands of dollars and they have only been able to do 1 recredentialing correctly and 1 new credentialing that I have yet to see has worked.

Courses are interactive and designed in a way that encourages the user to explore all information provided in the modules.

we are currently using medtrainer for OSHA, HIPAA compliance and CPR certifications.

They are unresponsive to timelines and have costs us in loss revenue in being late with sending in documents.  

Now, as the administrator to newly onboarded users, I can see why we have stuck with MedTrainer for so long to meet our HIPAA and Safety training needs.

We have never run into a problem when wanting a e-course that wasn't already there.
