OSS360 is an integrated turn-key solution and a carrier-grade convergent billing solution available on an open architecture platform that supports all prepaid and post-pay telecom-related technologies across all operations support systems.

OSS360 allows users to streamline root cause analysis, reduce OPEX disaster recovery costs, and determine the system configuration using subscriber sizing and usage record volumes. It also captures new lead contact details, requests, tasks, and requirements and delivers products as well as customized service quotes. It assigns leads to sales and marketing teams to make sure leads are followed up and deals are closed.
