What is Splynx?
Splynx is an all-in-one ISP billing and management platform for internet service providers and other broadband businesses. In telecom terms it covers both BSS (billing, CRM, support) and OSS (network management, provisioning, monitoring) in one system.
Core modules
• Billing: recurring, prepaid and usage-based plans, invoices, credit notes, proforma invoices, taxes, payment reminders, and automatic blocking of overdue accounts with reactivation once they pay. Voice services are billed from CDRs with prefix-based rates.
• CRM: leads, quotes, documents and contracts with e-signature.
• Ticketing: help desk with automation, canned responses and SLA monitoring.
• Field service: scheduling of tasks and a mobile app for technicians.
• Inventory: stock, serial numbers and equipment assigned to customers.
• Customer portal and mobile app: customers pay invoices, view services and open tickets.
Network management
• FreeRADIUS ships bundled and pre-configured with billing for subscriber authorization and accounting.
• Router integration (MikroTik and other equipment) for authentication and bandwidth management.
• IPv4 and IPv6 address management (IPAM), network sites and maps.
• SNMP and ping monitoring with graphs and email or SMS alerts.
• TR-069 ACS for remote configuration and firmware upgrades of customer devices.
Integrations and API
40+ integrations: payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Authorize.net, GoCardless, Paystack, Payfast, M-Pesa, Netcash and others), accounting (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Zoho Books) and network and service tools (Preseem, netElastic vBNG, Huawei, Whalebone, 3CX, WhatsApp). A REST API covers custom integrations.
The Splynx MCP server connects AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your Splynx instance, so you can query and manage customer and network data from your AI tools.
Security and hosting
Administrator roles and permissions, two-factor authentication for administrators, Azure SSO, API keys restricted to allowed IP addresses, and operation logs. Splynx is hosted in the cloud with automatic backups and updates, or installed on your own server, including a high-availability setup.
