I love the university video and written guides.

The customer services is outstanding nothing is too much trouble for them and I find it an easy platform to use.

However, when you learn Subbly's features it feels like you're caging yourself in because there's much less customizability (unlike WordPress).

Subbly customer service is amazing, staff are quick to respond and super helpful.

They are always around and the Facebook group comes in very handy too.

I'm not very tech orientated and they have resolved my issue for me.

Having people/the bot there ready to answer and help is such a relief.
