very bad, no customer service at all, the dont respond my emails and they would refund me if I sent the invoice of another product I had to buy and they did not refund anything

I'm just trying to check out a product and if I'm already having to call tech support I'm just going to move on as it tells me what I'll be in for trying to use the product.

I did call customer support to get help and the lady on the phone was really nice but she did tell me to send an email to the technical support team as they've never had this happen before.

Payroll Mate does everything Quickbooks Payroll did at a fraction of the cost, AND it is user friendly!

Our primary inventory software also has built in payroll features, which we utilize by just making lump bi-weekly entries, as Payroll Mate and our software do not talk.
