Also they recenly launche their ThirdWatch integration to convcert COD payments into Online payments is a life saver. The most fun fact is that they have ZERO annual maintainence cost.

I checked with other startups within my incubators and other forums, all are frustrated with their service. They make it easy to subscribe to services and almost impossible to stop the subscription.

After using them for 1 year, they suddenly block the service on my live site stating that the partner banks have rejected the company.

Integrating Razorpay with my online store allowed me to process and settle payments without any problems - and it continues to work without any glitches.

There is tons of cons, here are few. Account activation will take at least a month, and documents will be asked randomly and no standard process will be followed.
