Native iOS and Android mobile apps allow users to stay connected on-the-go, and give homebuyers, realtors and loan officers quick access to up-to-date information.
Pre-Approve Me provides loan officers and mortgage companies with the tools to streamline the loan process, allowing them to automate pre-approval or pre-qualification letters, collect and store important documents, check loan status updates, chat with buyers, and more, all from a mobile device. With Pre-Approve Me’s custom DTI calculator, users can get accurate payments for each home and loan scenario, create and customize loan program templates, and more. The qualification calculator is specific to each client and is accurate enough to generate an automated pre-approval letter. Pre-Approve Me gives clients the flexibility to issue their own pre-approval or pre-qual letters.
The milestones tab shows buyers where they are in the loan process at-a-glance. One-click status updates ensure everyone involved in the transaction, including borrowers and realtors, stay informed. Emails, push notifications, text messages and ring-less voicemails also help users communicate easily. Integration with LOS or CRM systems allow users to automate milestone status updates. Users can customize the milestones as well as the milestone emails, texts and voicemail messages. Pre-Approve Me enables users to access their personal cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive) or use the snap scanner to take pictures of documents, keeping all information centrally located and accessible. Social sharing functionality enables buyers to share that they have been pre-approved to buy a home with their friends and family on social media.
