My customer relationship management system (CRM), marketing automation platform (MA), and other platforms in our ecosystem may now work together to generate leads. Allows me to be more efficient without imposing unnecessary restrictions.
It's simple to integrate new tools into an existing process and to transfer data between applications. Do away with human labor by setting up and automating routine tasks. For our company, Zapier really shines when it is used to sift through alias inboxes and deliver just the most pertinent messages to the appropriate people. In general, it has shortened our response and problem-solving times.
It can experience hiccups and connection drops, necessitating manual reconnection of pieces on occasion. More troubleshooting help would make it better. In the event that, for instance, the sender of an email forgets to delete a space.

Zapier is a great tool that is very well developed.
Zapier is clear and simple to use. It requires all of the necessary data fields for a task, while offering additional ones as options. It is easy to use and track down were a task failed because of there history record for each individual Zap. The history feature is one of the primary things that makes Zapiers Low Code so appealing. Zapier highlights in red where the task fail, which removes most of the most difficult aspect of coding, debugging.
The new tables feature is still very limited. There are several lookup options, and data entry options that would give it more use cases. There is also no way to contact support quickly if you loose access to your account. They have no phone support and all email support takes about 24 hours.

Two things stand out for me: 1) Most support requests were met with what appeared to be an automated apology that they couldn't resolve my issue. 2) Zapier makes money based on the purchases of an allotment of monthly tasks. Some tasks lack flexibility requiring the use of more tasks than one might imagine. They are always happy to sell you more tasks, but requests for more robust functionality always seemed to be met with a shoulder shrug.
The feature that met our needs was the ability to respond to an http request in a variety of ways (email, save to spreadsheet being the most common). I am an experienced programmer with over 15 years experience and was happy to have a solution that did not require writing a lot of code. In general the ability to rapidly design and implement a solution for a specific requirement was a big time-saver.
Unfortunately, some common programming tasks such as creating and writing to a spreadsheet seemed in surmountable. In the end, I chose to manually create the worksheets I projected would be used to eliminate potentially complicated workarounds. Also, there is a limit on the number of levels of logical branching which caused some headaches such that I eventually migrated the functionality to Google Scripts which offers a richer feature-set despite the increase in coding.

I have had some problems but they have always been resolved, I believe the problems are with the software trying to be automated, but there is sometimes not clarity from those people.
* very thorough amount of products it connects* ability to automate without hiring a developer* ease of business* free tier
I don't love how the next price up is $30. It felt like a real jump but at that point I needed what was in the $30 tier so I had to go with it.

A few years ago, I started using Zapier to automate both my personal and business tasks. I cannot express how valuable Zapier has been to me. This tool has saved my hours and hours. I have integrated multiple tools such as Email Marketing, Content creation, WordPress, Social Media, and task management, among many others. Its performance is truly impressive. I highly recommend it
