One of my favorite features is Qualia Connect, which, through automated messages to buyers, sellers, and agents, collects the information needed for upcoming closings.

The layout and scheduled tasks make work easy to input new orders and track tasks, close and disburse.

To pick something I don't like is, if one check is wrong when printing all disbursements at once, If I chose no at the first prompt and void, the entire batch is voided.

I find the system intuitive and easy to learn, with Qualia Connect being particularly helpful for gathering information from buyers, sellers, and agents.

Sometimes qualia isn’t great at being phone friendly. When looking at a document I would try to zoom in or out and it would restart and load the page every time.

They are very helpful when yo ask to add on additional service however, after this we will stick with the basics.

The only thing I wish qualia could do is order MLC's through the software for municipalities that allow online ordering.

Information pulling in from some banks is not very detailed, so it's hard to determine where an item should be placed when there are multiple transactions for the same amount.

This software cut my time by more than half when I use to reconcile through QuickBooks.  

Also, I usually to manually reconcile my accounts at the end of the month and it would take me at least an hour and half, if not longer, no my end of the month reconcilliations are nearly automatic and complete in less then five minutes.

Even on days with several discrepancies between our title software and our bank accounts, Rynoh allows us to solve the discrepancies in minutes.

I've enjoyed using Rynoh, I think it actually improved my interaction with my own software, and understanding the bank to software interaction better.

The only downfall to having a service like Rynoh is that users can get complacent; reconciliation issues such as outstanding deposits and negative files not being reviewed and remediation quickly.

I know exactly how much I have and if each of my files are in balance with just a click of my mouse.

Manager and owners can perform the same reviews that I do in order to mitigate losses increase productivity as well as effectively monitor operations.

We love this software, the customer service is amazing, we have a personal representative I can email with any questions.  

This software has helped me tremendously when it came to reconciling my 2 escrow accounts.  

What used to take me a week to do manually, now takes me minutes a day.  

RynohLive has taken a typical all day, sometimes all weekend, job into less than 10 minutes a day!

it's not Rynoh's fault, but one of our banks posts receipt of payment for analysis fee (made from another account) and it shows up on Rynoh as a credit, although the payment didn't actually go into the account.  

We have accurate accounting each day and can respond to suspicious transactions and make corrections much earlier than ever before.

I didn't have RynohLive to catch that the file was not in balance with the bank.

I occasionally need help navigating the software, but customer support has always been very quick and helpful.

I love that it catches the transactions that are not matching up.  

Software can take less time and effort and no errors

Every month someone at Rynoh has to remove that "credit" that really isn't a credit, and it usually delays my finishing my report.

That way we aren't letting anything that is unresolved go for a long period of time.

Sometime if you have to make an adjustment, maybe because it's seldom we have to do, it takes me a while to figure out how to reverse an error, not a Rynoh error our mistake that needs to be corrected.

It alerts us on a daily basis of any errors in deposit, cleared checks or uncleared checks.

We can immediately be alerted to keep our files up to date and if there are any balances that are out of order.  

Customer service has always been helpful and would go above and beyond to help me with any issues I encountered.  

All of this allows us to reconcile our accounts daily with minimal manpower.
