One of my favorite features is Qualia Connect, which, through automated messages to buyers, sellers, and agents, collects the information needed for upcoming closings.

To pick something I don't like is, if one check is wrong when printing all disbursements at once, If I chose no at the first prompt and void, the entire batch is voided.

You are able to manuever your way through a file pretty easily even if you are unsure or a new user to the site.

I find the system intuitive and easy to learn, with Qualia Connect being particularly helpful for gathering information from buyers, sellers, and agents.

Qualia has been a great tool for streamlining our closing and title operations.

You do not have support even if you are at closing.

Sometimes qualia isn’t great at being phone friendly. When looking at a document I would try to zoom in or out and it would restart and load the page every time.

Offensive language, clients complain, the word “now” particularly.

Support folks are incredibly helpful, and the most recent update allowing users to customize their order dashboards has been extremely helpful for everyone in all departments for at-a-glance reporting and decision making.

Every now and then there are little annoying bugs, or upload times seem to go on forever until you come back later and try again.

Integrations with title companies, shipping providers, and more drastically save time from not having to switch from website to website, login to login.

The software alone can do the job multiple people did manually at my old firm, especially if titlework is ordered through Qualia's marketplace.

We recently went to a new server and all of our branch offices use the same production software and we have eliminated 2 additional escrow accounts that took time away from clients each day and month.

I can even provide access to my closing software company to outsource reconciliation for a very reasonable price, which is one less person I have to hire to handle it in house.

Also, I usually to manually reconcile my accounts at the end of the month and it would take me at least an hour and half, if not longer, no my end of the month reconcilliations are nearly automatic and complete in less then five minutes.

Even on days with several discrepancies between our title software and our bank accounts, Rynoh allows us to solve the discrepancies in minutes.

The only downfall to having a service like Rynoh is that users can get complacent; reconciliation issues such as outstanding deposits and negative files not being reviewed and remediation quickly.

Manager and owners can perform the same reviews that I do in order to mitigate losses increase productivity as well as effectively monitor operations.

it's not Rynoh's fault, but one of our banks posts receipt of payment for analysis fee (made from another account) and it shows up on Rynoh as a credit, although the payment didn't actually go into the account.  

We have accurate accounting each day and can respond to suspicious transactions and make corrections much earlier than ever before.

Information pulling in from some banks is not very detailed, so it's hard to determine where an item should be placed when there are multiple transactions for the same amount.

I started using RynohLive when I first learned of it several years ago from FNTICO, my underwriting title company, for my escrow reconciliations and positive pay alternative.

Every month someone at Rynoh has to remove that "credit" that really isn't a credit, and it usually delays my finishing my report.

I actually inherited the Rynoh report from a semi- retiring employee so the only con that I can think of is that I do not have full information that I would need to fully utilize Rynoh as she still does the Reconciliation.

Sometime if you have to make an adjustment, maybe because it's seldom we have to do, it takes me a while to figure out how to reverse an error, not a Rynoh error our mistake that needs to be corrected.

It alerts us on a daily basis of any errors in deposit, cleared checks or uncleared checks.

We can immediately be alerted to keep our files up to date and if there are any balances that are out of order.

Even though the program could not be integrated with my software and we cancelled it, I continue to be sent emails asking me to review the Rynoh.  

the pull also happen same day, even if it was just to 1 or 2pm, so that I could catch any mistakes same day.

Sometimes, there may be a transaction that was meant to be sent the day before, that we didn't get to before the end of the day, and Rynoh makes sure we don't let it slip through the cracks.

There is sometimes a short time lag when waiting for the system to update so that you can "clear" an exception.  

We began using Rynoh when employees left us and had not properly handles escrow funds.

Typically less than 10 minutes a day to reconcile or discover discrepancies to correct them before any financial loss is realized.

Rynoh is intuitive and makes daily and monthly account reconciliation a seamless process.

I do all the trust accounting for a large, non-affiliated title company with 7 offices.

Prior to implementing Rynoh I was having a lot of trouble tracking items in my escrow account.

Wish there was a way to force-sync with our closing software, otherwise I have to wait 20 mins for it to sync

I've enjoyed using Rynoh, I think it actually improved my interaction with my own software, and understanding the bank to software interaction better.

RynohLive has caught errors that would have taken far more time correcting later rather then at the time they are caught.
