I have used Reckon, MYOB, Cashflow Manager and now Quickbooks for past 5 years. It is by far the most reliable and easy to use business software I have ever used. I love it.
Easy to use. Doesnt glitch or fault. Heaps of functions and simple
nothing I can think of everything just seems to do as I need it to.

I have been using this product for over two years, I am a Certified Pro-Advisor and really enjoy this product and its ease of use for the grand majority of small businesses that benefit from it.
ease of use; cloud based; customization; Nice to offer wholesale pricing to the QBO Accountant so we can create a stream and margin from encouraging its use by the clients
there are so few, that I rarely come across one; one thing would be the need to have certain apps to upload transactions

I love it! Again, I'd be lost without it as hiring a bookkeeper is out of my budget at this time.
Since I am my own bookkeeper, this software is AMAZING! It's easy to use and implement. It makes accounting less daunting. I'd have been in the dark without it.
I can't think of anything, to be honest. One time there had been a glitch where it stopped syncing to my bank. That was annoying and I had to enter about 2 months of data one by one on my own.

I have all my clients in one place and can easily switch from one to another with just a few clicks.
The team behind QBOA is constantly listening and improving the product. It makes my life so much easier to have all my clients int he same place. I can schedule my own work with reminders and to-do list for both me and my clients. The added feature of having my clients files at a click of a button in priceless. I also appreciate the ability to add non-QBO clients now.
Sometimes the interface and/or the links don't work for the training and ProAdvisor page. These don't have anything to do with the client files just resources for me but it can be annoying at times. I also have my doubts the info regarding the profile views and leads from prospective clients is accurate.

I have never seen any lag and it’s quite user friendly.
Some part of accounting are not that easy to understand. One need to understand through the customer service then only one can use it.

It’s the only one I’ll use
Get paid via online...check. Send reminder payments...check. Get reports easily...check For account and invoicing software quickbooks is the best! Simple to use. Online functionality has made it even easier for multiple users to keep in sync and to streamline business
The price. I wish the lowered tiered option had more features included.

How is it is to transfer end of day from one program to this one. I like how I can keep track of all my finances all in one place.
They only negative thing I would have to say about the program is I can not sort employees by their job title. It just lists them all.

Billing and invoicing all in one place!
I love that I can now process payments and invoices all in one place. I appreciate the customer service I receive when I try to do something new.
This cost seems to be increasing for basically the same feature. There have been added features, but they have not seems to be worth the increase in cost.

Overall, I think that Quickbooks Online is a great resource to have to see all of your financials in one place, on one, well-designed platform.
I like Quickbooks Online because I am able to see all of my information in one place. It is fairly easy to navigate the site overall and becomes more convenient with each use.
In the beginning Quickbooks Online was a little cumbersome to use. It was overwhelming especially because my role didn't require me to work in it everyday. It did get easier though as I played around with it more.

Overall, I enjoy using this program. No complaints other than only one person can use it at a time.
It helps to keep things very organized, detailed and functional. Lots of memory. Spreadsheets and payroll is made to be very easy.
If one person is on Quickbooks at my place of business, no one else can get into Quickbooks. There can only be one user at a time. I do not know if it is just at my job, or if that is a flaw of the program. This should be changed.

Not very good. Stopped using it after one month.
Merging bills, payroll, etc in one place is very convenient. Free trial get people the opportunity to see if it is a fit for them.
Software issues exist so payments were not properly executed. Needed to call customers to chase payments.

From downloads to organization, this has been very useful with setting our business. I couldn't imagine having to hire an accountant.
The online features avoid the hassles of non accessibility. Plus one subscription allows access to more than one admin and also the CPA.
Just like anything else, accounting software requires an accounting background, but at least it helped me navigate it.

Quickbooks Online is very affordable and the ease of deploying it to link with other external account is very simple making it easy ti use and keeping all the transaction checked and matched as when generated. Further, they also track the aging of the transaction that are not reconciled which is one other added benefit of saving time from manual action. The ease of sharing the book with the accountant assist with filing tax easy having all the invoices and receipts uploaded and recorded as when they were originated.
The ease of linking the online bank account and having all the transaction exported to Quickbooks enables to save all the income and expenses information. Further, this information could be analyzed using the income and expense report to see a detailed understanding of the income generation in percentage to the expense, is an amazing tool to track and understand the overall business stand point. Using phone we could upload the receipt by taking the picture and organize them accordingly, further matching the information from the receipt to the bank transaction. The plenty of features added makes it very simple and efficient in the daily recording and analyzing the business activity.
The limit of invoices that could be generated at a time is one limiting factor. Beside that, Quickbook is one of the best tool to use in the daily business activity.

The reports are easy to use and have all the information one needs for accounting. Able to do comparison from one year to another.
do being able to delete a customer/ or a vendor from the system. I can make them inactive though, but it just added info that is not necessary.

My overall experience with QuickBooks Online is a good one.
What I like most about this software is how it is compatible with TSheets. It's easy to transfer the hours over from Tsheets to QuickBooks
What I like the least about this software is the customer service has not always been the best. I've had to call multiple times to have my name added to the company list so I could make changes.

I like that we have everything organized in one place.
Easy to use as a "Not a Numbers" person that I am. I can find what I am looking for and able to process invoices, checks, etc., with ease.
I would change nothing. I think the reports are a little laborious to get around, but I think that is due to my lack of accounting/bookkeeping knowledge.

Over the years the system has been very helpful doing my book keeping and the ease of sending information to my accountant.
The program reminded me of my bank statements which I found easier to use. The financial reports were detailed and easy to create.
I found it difficult to transfer data from my bank accounts into QuickBooks . This meant It was more time consuming to transfer data.

Generally very good, I particularly like the tracking and reporting ability. Being able to compare my sales figures annually with previous years. It helps me track seasonal trends.
I have used Reckon (formerly Quickbooks) for almost 19 years. I find it easy to work with, and the customer support, or technical support is excellent.
Only that each upgrade makes it a nuisance to have to relearn things - but that is just because I prefer to work with - if it is not broken dont fix it.

When you have torn out all your hair and finally phone the help desk......you will find a helpful knowledgeable person on the phone..
There is a learning curve.... BUT... once you have done that learning... there are heaps of daily benefits. We make about 60 products and we sell to a relatively small market 0.1 % of population. The software allows us to quickly add clients and do their specific invoicing. The "Lists" mean that our most common items "lurk in the background" and just 2 or 3 keystrokes fill in the invoice line.We sell...
We use Reckon Online....Generally ok BUT.... it logs you out while you are with a client... especially near the end of the day.In some cases it is difficult to get back online.... but that is part of the learning curve..The search function is fabulous BUT you have to click the mouse... argh.. yes you cam press <enter> but nothing happens till you click the mouse.

I have used many programs over the years like MYOB, Xero, Sassu, cashflow manager and quickbooks etc but I find Reckon One easy to use, monthly fee is very affordable, flexible to what your business requires, their training is very infromative, great trainers and not over the top in price and their service is extremely good. They are constantly upgrading and introducing more add on programs, I wouldn't recommend any other program for my clients only Reckon One.
User friendly and affordable

I played around with the software and it is relatively easy to use. I was hoping to have an onboarding call, as the system truly is feature-rich which makes it hard to really get started. I wrote to support but did not get a reply.
Overall it looked very feature-rich. Truly, my accountant recommended it to me considering I needed something to manage my accounts.
I had a major deal-breaker is that ING bank did not have direct integration. I use ING for all my business expenses because I work online, as they have zero international transaction fees. So I am not about to move away. But since there is no direct integration it makes it difficult to connect and make real use of the software.

I liked Reckon One and would have stayed with it if I could have had a few more features relevant for consulting type businesses.
Easy to get the hang of even for someone with zero accounting background, like myself. Decent simple, intuitive features (mostly). Great dashboard.
The feature set is aimed at point-of-sale and online retail type businesses. As a consultant with a micro-business, my accounting needs are not great, but they are more complex than Reckon One could handle. I was going to need to purchase one of the top tier versions of Reckon just to do the few simple extras that I required.
