Every release introduces more bugs, but they make it impossible to freeze a particular version, constantly cutting off web access and they have Upgrade Nags constantly that you can't get rid of.   And they are entirely shameless about it.

Would prefer to see Bills and Income separated out in the Tabs section, so it wouldn't take two clicks to find each. And when reconciling the account, it would be better to go to check register to add something without having to go back through the initial screen of entering the balance, etc.

At any time, you can create a "Custom Report" to see if all the tenants have paid their rent or see what you have spent in the last year on any unit.  

I also like that you can manually add assets that are paid in full already to give true net worth estimates.
