I like the user friendly package. I like the document layouts as they are easy to talk through with clients and clients like the layout of the reports.

Report formats available are inflexible. On HandiTax, the tracing of tax return errors is sometimes difficult to navigate.

I like the ability to email support, rather than having to wait on the phone. Replies are always prompt and to the point.

It is a great program and does what it is designed to do. Simple to use and navigate.

I am a semi-retired accountant and I very much enjoy using the product to do a small number of tax returns. I particularly like the fact that it gives me errors messages toot help me get it right.

I'm disappointed that the Workpapers feature isn't available at the beginning of the year, and can only be used for the previous year, not available for the current year, when preparing BAS.

I like the fact that it is a well integrated system if you get several modules. Easy to install on desktop & workstations.

Very good product overall, but very expensive, and the annual increase in cost over the years has never been, in my mind, able to be justified, especially if we compare the increases with inflation.

Simple to install and operate. Support staff very helpful.

I tried valiantly a few times to venture into this, but the complexity, the lack of ease, the difficulty that requires almost an programming degree, has left me avoiding this at all costs.

The most i like about uncat was helps accounting professionals clean up uncategorised transactions. There is no spreadsheet and every entity in one spot that is pretty inspiring the clients.

I've had an excellent experience with Uncat. It's great for clean-up and catch-up clients who have tons of transactions that need to be explained and categorized.

More often than not, we as accountants want software that will make our lives easier but also will be user friendly and improve the experience for our clients.

Having the ability to give the client a magic link (not another login they need to use!) is fantastic, and they view it as a mini "to-do" list.

Uncat masterfully combines excel functionality, pushing data back to QBO, and notes into one easy to use software. The magic links to login have made client adoption success fantastic.

I love the fact that it integrates wirh just about any software. My company has an average of 100-150 transactions a month and Uncat helps make accounting a breezea.

Initial use there was an issue with QBO program connection. Unlinked some billable charges to invoices.

The ease of use and low cost made using Uncat an easy choice. The responsiveness from the support team is an added bonus.

Can be costly to push to all of your QB clients but not all need it.

Adding new accounts, and vendors is possible, but the interface is a bit buggy. For instance, selecting the proper account class sometimes the drop down doesn't appear.

The dashboard could be condensed somewhat to show all columns without have to use the scroll bar. Aside from that, I don't see any improvements needed at this time.
