AuditBoard is an amazing tool to streamline evidence gathering, testing, risk and control matrix, and others all in one platform.

The control certification functionality (using surveys to confirm if any control changes exist) unfortunately does not allow consolidation or bundling of controls for control owners.

Yes, there is a lot of resource available, such as help center, community, inner circle, AB academy and such. Because there is so much information out there, it makes it difficult to find the solution you are looking for.

There are a bunch of small quirks in its core products, like SOXhub. When I've brought these items to the attention to the helpdesk and consultants, the response is always "suggest it as an idea in the community".

I like the streamlined feature of managing the risks & controls matrices as well as the Workstream.
