Yes, there is a lot of resource available, such as help center, community, inner circle, AB academy and such. Because there is so much information out there, it makes it difficult to find the solution you are looking for.

There are a bunch of small quirks in its core products, like SOXhub. When I've brought these items to the attention to the helpdesk and consultants, the response is always "suggest it as an idea in the community".

I like the streamlined feature of managing the risks & controls matrices as well as the Workstream.

The template system also creates a high level of efficiency, especially adding in templates created in prior years.

You can adapt it to most processes even though the company's processes are not in line with industry standards.
