The overall experience with process runner has been outstanding!!! It has done wonders for my department and for our organization.
It can get costly, and licensing can be difficult to manage if you don’t go with an enterprise or server license.
I have personally used this application it is good for SAP automation so I recommend everyone to use it.
It is also hard to include a new tab or screen.
Easily we can create, update and delete data from SAP using Excel. The best part is that good SAP knowledge is not required as its automation tools manage everything.
Licensing model was confusing but sorted out in the end.
It is easy to involve the data/process owner and create new recordings. It is easy to validate and very convenient.
Adding a new screen or tab is problematic as well and need some more smoother process to it.
We were able to greatly improve our mass master data management processes in both speed and accuracy as well as expand the number of data sets we maintained.

We have had a fantastic experience with the software and the support team. We feel that it is a true partnership between vendor and client.
No touch implementation of bank account upload (automated). Automation of payments for all SAP companies leads to significantly reduced time effort for the whole group.
Compared to other solutions I always felt that users will be comfortable with it. The look and feel is easy for them and you start to like to work with it.
Could we say I don't like how the tree works that opens all entities.
TIS was responsive when needed and very patient when we encountered delays on the bank side. Extremely responsive and quick to resolve issues that cropped up.
The handling is easy, the transparency is great. As an administrator I know all corners and even after almost 10 years of usage, I still like to login every day.
Easy to use, Good integration with SAP, Very good support.
The features that we like most are the extensive payment library, the ease of deployment, the implementation support and the problem resolution support.
Very happy with customer service and implementation team. We onboarded during Covid when our internal resources were strained and we faces significant interruptions in bank resources.

The new capability of using Chrome is a great feature as well because our entire organization is comfortable with the format.
The customer service/support is awful. Maybe it's our cloud team but there are constant mistakes and delays to the point we are considering another SIS.
Amazing application with many features and modules. Banner Finance in particular is the industry leading software.
Cloud support is very disorganized. Communication from cloud techs to customers is very poor, black box.
This software provides great financial management for the demands of Higher Educational needs. It is easy and user friendly.
It's hard to know what you are doing, and it's very easy to make a mistake that could do a fair bit of damage.
Banner has great capabilities and functionality if you understand it well.
This is a small complaint because it is minimal amounts of typing.
I like that it provides motivation to seek out a better software for payroll and payables. Banner produces some of the most frustrating situations in our office environment.
I think the functionality is limited, the interface is dated and it's really hard to remember all the codes.
At the pricing secured in 2005, it remains an incredibly high value product in the growing list of software tools used by Utah State University.
Overall I can't picture doing my job without Banner Finance, however, it can be a source of frustration too.
ActionLine support has great subject matter experts(SME) and support. Cloud team seems to be lacking SMEs and doesn't seem to fully understand how all the modules relate.
The Banner 9 integration seems to make transitioning between forms sluggish.
The software is easy to navigate to enter Accounts Receivable billings and review account balances.
It's also really difficult to find the correct codes when you are trying to take on a new task in the system.
Integration with other modules. Full suite ERP solution.
We use it to keep track of employee records. My main use is budget and creating purchase requisitions.

The only problem I had was not having enough training and no written manual to refer to if I have a question. I don't use it very often.
The software is very easy to use. Has the capability to generate reports in multiple formats which is extremely useful.
Integration was very difficult and there were many glitches and items that had to be corrected.
I most liked the ease of being able to go between screens.
Sometimes it is difficult to run my own reports.
The budget prep module is by far one of the best features as it really allows users to forecast many different scenarios. Budget process has gone from months to a few weeks.

I have had a great relationship with the Kepion team, they are very flexible in improving the product and are very focused on client outcomes.
This software was the budgeting / forecasting piece that was missing in our Microsoft SQL infrastructure.
The overall experience is excellent very good software constant updates and improvements very solid.
The reporting side of the tool is definitely it's weakest point.
The standardisation has also highlighted other data quality issues, and as they are resolved data across all our systems has improved.
It can adapt to new organizational forms and needs with ease. We've found that by switching to an agile approach, we can provide a far better solution for our clients.
Easy to adjust the solution to each and every customer needs and requirements. It is easy to read information into the system and out of the system into other tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
Kepion offers a refreshing, modern CPM experience with a perfect integration with the Microsoft world including SQL databases, Excel, Word, Azure, etc.
Extremely configurable and ease of use for end users.
Great planning and budgeting capabilities, lacks reports.
