Just having a look at their latest "ABELDent Cloud Server" and the fully integrated "Patient Communication System", anyone ever involved in dental practice management, or user, can be really impressed!

Administrator/IT (only part-time was needed, great) for a dental practice, using Abeldent since 2000 (yes, over 25 years!)- chose it for being among the few SQL based.

For dentists/owners: this is a software to use your entire carrer and then, one of your best selling points!

Abeldent should have been more aggressive in promoting ABELDent Cloud Server, their latest upgrade!

We are extremely pleased with this software. While there is always a learning curve when adopting new systems, ABELDent has proven to be intuitive and user-friendly.

I really enjoy trainer [sensitive content hidden], I request her everytime and come prepared with support needed and she's great to get down to business and provide me with step by step help.

Occasionally it takes some time to get through to tech support by phone. But this happens with any company.

Our instructions were having fun training us as well so that was a plus!

It is very simple to use and book patients, also the reports that generate is really useful for the business.

Software updates and new/improved features are rolled out on a regular basis.

I like that I can receive personal support anytime I have a question.  

The tech support and customer training is fantastic.

Also when you want to print treatment plan even if you select the option to be printed only open plan still will print all active plans, so case presentation can't be separated on printing, just totals of outstanding Tx.

The program has easy access to video tutorials. If I have any further questions after watching videos, I am able to get the remote support needed. If I stump a representative on a question they connect with other colleagues to attain the correct information and have it relayed back to me.

I like the ease of using AbelDent and the excellent training and support they have provided.

Sometimes glitches occurs with SQL services (2 out 10 services not running) after restarting the server PC,  you have to go manually select not running SQL services to run.

Financials such as easier printing of previous day invoices, tax receipts, receipts of single family members.

I find there seems to be lots of "extra" clicking of "okay" "are you sure" before you can move to the next step.

The default backup should not be in C drive, if C drive die you lose the backup, it is better to have your backup in a different drive.  

Ms. Apurva Vashisht she is an excellent sales associate explained very clearly about all benefits can be achieved from ABELDent software  to improve our dental business scheduling and including other benefits.  

Before making a decision, it's important to thoroughly research and compare different dental practice management software options to find the one that best meets your specific needs and preferences.

Does not have Medical/Dental dictation software with speech recognition, it would be the best to have instead of typing.

It's worth noting that individual experiences may vary, and what one user dislikes about Abeldent may not necessarily apply to everyone.

Switching to ABELDent was a great choice.  

Technical Support is great.[SENSITIVE CONTENT] always goes the extra mile to make sure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner as well as teaching me at the same time.

It was great to experience another software but from a lot of office ive worked for they didnt like how old school it seemed.

Seemed more old school verses Eaglesoft being more modern.
