The integration is sloppy and the customization is non-existent. There was no follow through after the initial sales and onboarding call, they just take your money send you phones and then nothing.

Working with Adit so far has been great. Great attention to detail and communicative.

I dislike the lack of control over certain content. EG: Review requests have no frequency or limitations.

Overall I would say my experience has been exceptional. The product is great and the customer service is responsive.

It is fairly user friendly for the basics, helps run our office with ease. There is always a great team of support available to help.

Ridiculous OVERALL, take 10 steps to get to a window or function. Too many block, hard to navigate.

I like that this software is relatively easy to use, if I find myself in a situation that I cannot fix their customer service is easy to reach.

All the staff like it and if the support wasn't discontinued in Canada most likely we will not change it. Also customer service was on great level, always fast response on support when we need it.

The updates were timely, effecient and always an improvement. We moved to a cloud based software, that is more complicated and less user friendly.

Not as up to date as some other softwares. I dislike that there are several steps when wanting to take radiographs.

I like how when you want to schedule one family, all you have to do is right click and it lets you add all the families to the schedule.

I love that all of our needs for a patient are right at our fingertips. Patient information, charting, imaging and billing in one location.

The chat inside the software used to crash sometimes but i believe it's because we didn't upgrade to the latest version and the computers were old.

I have noticed that Eaglesoft can/does generate many software errors, not sure if it is the software or internet service though.

Pretty easy to navigate. Not a difficult software to learn.

All in one window, unlike Dentrix. Easy to use and has a ton of features that do not cost extra.
