Overall it is a great program that allows us to keep most of our operations in one place.

Also, the sales team and onboarding team are great - they helped with multiple trainings for my team on the new system.

AxisCare - I am still waiting on a fix from development for over 4 months now that renamed the majority of the certifications in my system one name in the background.

One area for improvement would be the community scheduling feature.

You can customize each client and each caregiver for pay rate, mileage, expenses, etc...

Creating forms and tying to figure out why it isn't fillable by email.

I like the ability to customize forms and have staff access in service training via the app.

That level of responsiveness makes a big difference in our day-to-day operations.

I also really like the forms that can be created to gather data, which inputs the data into the AxisCare profile.

It is visually pleasing - simple but with enough detail to differentiate different tabs that I use frequently.

real time calendar feature is great love that u can switch between client/CG view.

So yeah, it works, but you’re going to have to put in extra effort if you want it dialed in.

It makes a big difference knowing you can reach someone who understands your business when you need it most.

I greatly appreciate the quick response from customer support whether via phone or email.
